By booking our cage-free pet boarding service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We prioritize the safety and well-being of your pets and will provide the best possible care during their stay.

 

1. Reservation and Booking:
- Reservations can be made by contacting us through the provided contact information.
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

2. Pet Requirements:
- All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and have a valid health certificate.
- Pets must be free from contagious diseases, fleas, and ticks.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to pets that may pose a risk to others.

3. Health and Medication:
- Please provide all necessary medications and feeding instructions.
- In case of illness or injury, we will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact.

4. Fees and Payment:
- Payment for the boarding service is due upon check-in or as otherwise agreed.
- Additional charges may apply for special services or extended stays.
- We accept cash and/or the payment methods specified in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refund:
- Cancellations must be made with advance notice as specified in your booking confirmation.
- Non-refundable deposits will not be returned.
- Refunds for cancellations made within the specified notice period are subject to our discretion.

6. Pet Care:
- We provide cage-free boarding and ensure the safety and well-being of your pet.
- Pets will receive two daily walks, playtime, and proper feeding.
- Any specific care instructions will be followed diligently.

7. Liability:
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, we are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss during their stay.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your pet's stay.

8. Emergency Contacts:
- You must provide valid emergency contact information in case we need to reach you during your pet's stay.

9. Pick-Up and Drop-Off:
- Pets should be dropped off and picked up during our specified hours, unless otherwise arranged.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
